Muddy Care Community Interest Company is a long term rehabilitation and lifelong support community for people of working age who have chronic conditions.

It supports in equal part, holistic health and wellbeing and promotes independent management of chronic conditions. It builds hope, resilience, friendship and provides peer support through the community that is Muddy Care. Delivered by professional, highly experienced educators, Muddy Care is a model of collaboration between education, health and medical professionals and participant input.
