We are currently recruiting for participants for our rehabilitation programme that will take place on Sundays between late September 2019 and May 2020.

The rehabilitation programme has been written and designed specifically for people with chronic condition(s). The lead author and facilitator has several chronic condition(s) herself, is a highly experienced and qualified teacher in geographical sciences and outdoor education. She has embraced the thoughts and ideas from the Muddy community (those with chronic conditions) and has made them a key contributor in the design and production of the programme. The themes have been designed by speaking directly to people with chronic conditions. The programme focuses equally on all areas of health and wellness and is delivered outside in the natural environment through a range of activities, giving you tools and mechanisms to take away to further improve your holistic health and wellbeing.

The activities are low level and there are lots of rests and mindful rests within the day as well as a lot of enjoyment. Please come along and speak to us directly at one of our information events or contact us for further information. There is no cost. All equipment and activities are provided. This is an unique opportunity that few presently have access to. So please utilise this opportunity.

There are three criteria:

  • Have a Powys postal code,

  • Be of working age,

  • And of course, have a chronic condition(s).

Brighten up your Sundays and your future. Join Muddy Care.
