Phase A of Muddy Care includes a feasibility study, mini pilot study and bespoke events for people with chronic conditions. The feasibility study is an assessment of the practicality of our proposed plan.
As part of Phase A we are carrying out research into rehabilitation support for people who have chronic conditions through an online questionnaire and through patient stories. The results will be shared with a number of national and regional health and medical organisations in Wales, UK.
