Muddy Care appoints a ‘Young Persons Liaison Officer’.

We are extremely excited to announce that we have just appointed a Muddy Young Peoples Liaison Officer.  Jack has been with us on our long-term rehabilitation programme for nearly two years and we know he is going to have a significant impact on helping younger people move forwards positively with their chronic conditions and find brighter days.  He is an inspiration to us all and a remarkable young man. 

Muddy Care are in the process of developing health and wellness rehabilitation programmes and events specifically for the younger chronic condition community, so please watch this space.
