Muddy Care Shielding Project Phase 1

Muddy Care are extremely grateful to the Postcode Community Trust.  We have successfully secured a grant for a project to help those who have been shielding / are clinically vulnerable.  Muddy Care are acutely aware of the lack of support for this community and the challenges they are currently still facing with such high infection rates and the diminished impact of the vaccine on some medical conditions.  This is Phase 1 of our support for this sector of our community who have been so adversely affected by COVID. 

Our Muddy Care Young Peoples Liaison Officer is leading this project who is classified as clinically vulnerable and had to shield as did the CEO of Muddy Care. We are making a series of videos involving people who had to shield for people who are clinically vulnerable to help this community move forwards well in a COVID world.

Phase 2 of this project will involve outdoor education rehabilitation workshops exclusively for this sector of our community, so please keep checking our latest news for updates.
