In partnership with Versus Arthritis, Muddy Care would like to announce our Wild swimming & Wild dipping community.

If you have any musculoskeletal condition, please come along to our workshops specifically adapted for the musculoskeletal condition community.

Musculoskeletal conditions cover arthritic conditions but also cover so many other disorders as well. We at Muddy Care cover all conditions that affect bones, muscles and tissues such as tendons and ligaments.

There will be qualified lifeguards supervising the activities. Soup with bread roll and a hot drink as well as adapted activities planned so that everyone can take part.
